A 1994 graduate of BGSU, Michael Huger was named the 17th head men’s basketball coach on April 17, 2015.
“I couldn't be more excited about bringing Michael and Tonya back to Bowling Green,” BGSU Director of Athletics Chris Kingston said. “Michael led this program as a player and team captain, and is the best prepared coach to lead this program to new heights. This team, this University and this community just got better.”
Huger, who returned to his alma mater where he was a standout player for the Falcons from 1989-93, came to BGSU after four seasons at the University of Miami and eight total seasons as an assistant coach for head coach Jim Larrañaga, whom he played for at BGSU.Read more
Parker Settle is set for his first season as BGSU’s Director of Men’s Basketball Operations in 2019-20. Settle is in his fourth year as a member of Michael Huger’s staff.
Settle came to Bowling Green as a graduate assistant in 2016. After his first season in BG, Settle was promoted to video coordinator in July of 2017. The Indiana native held the position of video coordinator for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons prior to his promotion to DOBO.
In his current role, Settle's duties include day-to-day administrative operations, such as scheduling and budget, on-campus recruiting and team travel.
Settle is a 2016 graduate of the University of Cincinnati. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, while minoring in Sport Administration at UC. At Cincinnati, Settle played a key role as a student manager on a number of highly-successful Bearcat teams under Mick Cronin. BGSU men’s basketball all-time career scoring leader Anthony Stacey returned to Bowling Green to join the men’s basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach in April 2015.
Coach Stacey will work extensively with the post players.
In his first year as an assistant coach in 2015-16 at his alma mater, the Falcons posted 16 wins overall on the season. The Falcons also posted a season-high six-game winning streak from Nov. 22 to Dec. 8, which marked the longest winning streak for a BGSU team since the 2008-09 season.Read more
Mike Summey joined head coach Michael Huger and the Bowling Green men’s basketball coaching staff in April 2015, after serving as the Associate Head Coach at Saint Francis (Pa.) for two seasons.
At BGSU, Coach Summey will work day-to-day in the development of the players and will be in charge of scheduling for the Falcons.

Kevin Noon joined head coach Michael Huger’s staff in May 2015.
He was promoted from the director of operations to Assistant Coach for BG Men's Basketball in June 2016. He helped lead the falcons to wins over Toledo and Akron in the 16-17 season. It was the first time the Falcons defeated Akron since 2009. He is in charge of academics, recruiting, scheduling and developing student athletes.
Noon came to Bowling Green after one season as the Director of Basketball Operations at Rider University in 2014-15. A 2012 Rider graduate and former member of the Broncs’ basketball team, Noon ventured back to his alma mater after working at both the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the University of Miami.Read more
